Resolved - During the process of upgrading our Secure Chat infrastructure security, we encountered an unexpected issue. This resulted in some of the users going offline.

The issue has been resolved and it is only a matter of time until all the users have reconnected. As a quick workaround, you can simply exit the app and log back in.
